REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting our independent design studio. Because we ship our pieces internationally from our main studio in Shanghai, China, please kindly review our policy before placing your order.

1. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS
If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Once a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for organizing and covering all return shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes required to deliver the items back to our studio in Shanghai, China. 

2. NATURE OF 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Many of our creations utilize advanced 3D printing technologies. Due to the technical nature of this medium, minor imperfections or slight variations may naturally occur. While we meticulously optimize and hand-finish every piece, these tiny traits cannot be completely avoided. Please rest assured that any items with significant defects are strictly scrapped during our quality control process. We kindly ask that you carefully consider whether you can accept these unique characteristics before placing your order.

3. EXCLUSIONS: BESPOKE & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any custom-made, bespoke, or personalized items (such as products adjusted to unique specifications or custom names). Once production has commenced, all sales for these items are final.

4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unworn, in its original pristine condition, and in its original packaging with all protective tags intact. 

5. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our support team with your name and order reference number. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
